Everything in the premises needs to be cleaned, but some things need to be cleaned more often that others, and we clean different things in different ways.
Cleaning Schedules are the way we manage cleaning. They give full details of what is to be cleaned, how often, the method to be used and who will clean it.
You need to make sure you follow proper Cleaning Schedules. There is often a summary list in the shop and it may be necessary to record when you clean things by ticking them off as you do them. Check with the shop manager if you are unsure.
